Kenn Palmer leads CQFW team developments in the field of access, progression and non-accredited learning (that is, learning that is presently outside the regulatory framework). The CQFW Community Development National Occupational Standards Project is one of a series of exemplar activities linking key occupational sectors and levels of learning into the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales. (CQFW)
